Putumayo World Music

As a mother of 3 I know that anything that creates a sense of calm and tranquillity is worth every penny. Putumayo World Music has a cd that does just that! Dreamland World Lullabies and Soothing Songs is the perfect anecdote to our hectic lives and great for little ones to fall asleep to. So if you are looking for a little calm in our world of chaos this is the one for you!

Putumayo has contributed a portion of CD proceeds totalling over a million dollars to non-profit organisations doing good work in regions where the music originates such as Amnesty International and Oxfam.

Summer Sizzler - Isabella Smith Insect Repellent Eau de Cologne

The Isabella Smith Insect Repellent Eau de Cologne has been flying out the door and with green journalists from the Times and Independent giving it great write-ups, that’s no surprise. This effective, non-toxic insect repellent leaves your body delicately scented while making you untraceable to mosquitoes, ticks, wasps, bees and black flies. The cologne comes in three fragrances Floral, Lemon and Spice and all smell wonderful. The floral is a nostalgic floral scent with feminine lily-of-the-valley notes, the lemon is a bit more vibrant and the spice a mellow rich scent, great for both men and women!

But, I hear you all saying, does it actually work! Well, we have lots of customers out there giving it a go and the feed-back so far has been very positive. However we are keen to hear from you if you have tested the cologne, so do get in touch with your comments.

Chocolate Tea - I'm in Heaven!

No, we didn't believe it either, but it's true – we’ve found tea with chocolate flakes in it! So much better than a chocolate biscuit – no soggy bits in the bottom of the cup (and fewer calories too, for the same chocolate fix!)

Not only are we now indulging our taste for both tea and chocolate with rigorous product sampling (we only want to share the best with you!), but our ethical values are catered for too, because our tea comes from a lovely, quirky company called Teapigs, who share our vision for a more fairly-trading, environmentally conscious world. They only buy from estates that respect the rights of their workers, and they’ve also made a pledge to help directly those communities they work with.

Doesn’t get much better than that!
